- Payment information is collected and stored by our commerce platform and its payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Wine Club preferences: your club selection, shipping choice and the wines you customize into each shipment.
- Site usage: pages visited, the device and browser you use, and cookies that keep your cart and sign-in working.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your orders, run your club membership and provide customer service.
- To send you order confirmations, shipping notices and club release announcements.
- To send news, event invitations and offers by email, if you have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To operate the Margerum Rewards program, which totals your purchases over the year.
- To comply with alcohol-shipping laws, which require us to verify age and keep records of shipments.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us serve you: our commerce and club platform, our payment processor, the carriers and fulfilment partners who ship your wine, and our email service. We do not sell your personal information.
