Terms of Service

By using margerumwines.com and buying from Margerum Wine Company you agree to these terms.

Age

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcohol. By placing an order you confirm that you and the recipient are at least 21. An adult signature is required at delivery; wine is never left at the door.

Orders and shipping

We ship only to states where we are licensed to do so, and only by carriers that verify age on delivery. Orders are accepted when we confirm them by email. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, which are shown at checkout. During hot or freezing weather we may hold shipments until conditions are safe for the wine. Shipping charges for missed or re-routed deliveries are billed to the customer.

Wine Club

Club memberships renew with each shipment until cancelled. Cancellations must be received 30 days before a club shipment. Members who do not pick up a shipment within 90 days will have it shipped, with shipping charged to the card on file. Club pricing and benefits apply to active members only.

Returns

Our returns policy is set out on the Returns & Cancellations page.

Events and gift cards

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. Gift cards do not expire and have no cash value.

Content

Everything on this site — text, photographs, label art and logos — belongs to Margerum Wine Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Trade and press may request images on the Bottle Images page.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for it.
