Private Events
Spend an afternoon or evening tasting fine wines and enjoying savory eats from our on-site kitchen, with a room of your own above the tasting room.
Our tasting-room mezzanine has a wine bar, AV, elevator access and a bird’s-eye view of the room below — or it can be closed off completely for a more intimate experience. It can be arranged as a casual lounge and/or a formal dining area: parties of up to 40 guests standing, or 24 seated. Choose from our events menu, all prepared by our culinary team downstairs.
For larger groups, the whole tasting room and patio can be reserved, and the chandeliered barrel room at our winery in Buellton hosts seated dinners among the barrels.
Good to know
- Confirming your event: an event is confirmed when we receive your signed confirmation form; a credit-card hold guarantees the date. Cancel up to 30 days before at no charge; within 30 days a $50 fee applies, and within 72 hours we charge 50% of the projected cost.
- Staff and glassware are included in the rental fee. Two tasting-room staff cover groups of up to 50; additional staff is $50 per hour per person.
- Food: our kitchen caters most events. Outside catering is welcome — the caterer sets up, serves and clears.
- Furniture and décor: our standard layout is included; other layouts need rentals, arranged by you or your caterer. No confetti, glitter, open flames or similar; decorations must be approved in advance.
- Music: house speakers are available at no cost; live music by approval, on the patio.
- Timing: events must end at the booked time — an extra hour is billed if guests remain. A 20% gratuity is added to the bill.
- Wine Club members receive one complimentary event-space rental at the tasting room each year.
