Our winemaker, Doug worked at a winery in the south of France for 4 years where this style of rosé is made & Margerum Wine Company makes the private label Rosé for Auberge de Soleil and other top properties.

• Dry, Grenache based, Provençal style Rosé
• Mostly pressed juice but a small amount of saignée for body and it’s the perfect color
• Majority stainless steel fermented with a small amount fermented and aged in neutral barrel
